Ben and the Parrot

T here was a boy called Ben. One day he wanted to read a book. Ben asked his mother for one. His mother gave him a beautiful book. When Ben asked his mother for a book he heard a sound. When they went out and looked everywhere they saw a small parrot in a pond. Ben took the parrot out of the water and sprayed water on it.

The parrot then opened its eyes. Ben smiled and told the parrot “Now you can fly, now you fly away” and the parrot flew away.

On another day, Ben fell in the garden. He got scared and shouted for help. The parrot came to the spot. Ben could hardly stand but noticed that the tiny parrot had got bigger.

“Now you are very big and thank you for coming to my assistance when I fell”. And then Ben kissed the parrot.
