Seasonal offerings at The Ocean
The Ocean, a three-star hotel offering five-star facilities, at
Melbourne Avenue, Bambalapitiya, offers foreign and Sri Lankan tourists
various menus for the Christmas season.

Food and Beverage Manager, The Ocean, Gerard Cruize said that the
festival began on Wednesday, December 15, with Santa's visit. This was
followed by Christmas carols in the lobby.
A lunch and dinner set menu is on the cards at the Mint Restaurant
serving turkey and duck, from today, December 20 till Wednesday,
December 23.
The highlights of Christmas will be a dinner buffet on December 24,
at the Mint Restaurant and Atrium banquet hall, General Manager, Mac
Phillips said.
There will an international breakfast buffet on December 25, at the
Mint Restaurant. This will be followed by a dinner buffet on December 31
at the Mint Restaurant and Atrium banquet hall.
Gerard Cruize is working round-the-clock to make the Ocean one of the
most attractive tourist locations in Colombo. The swimming pool on the
roof-top, gives tourists a breathtaking view of Colombo, specially at
night, Cruize said.
