Last hurrah from Chef Mehboob

Celebrity chef Mehboob Khan will wind down his exciting culinary journey in Sri Lanka when the Pakistan Food Festival that got underway at the Galadari Hotel, Colombo on January 13 comes to a close today (January 17). For the past four days, Khan, who has been described as charming and witty, has been providing Sri Lankan with a heightened gastronomical experience with range of dishes that are quintessentially Pakistan and covered a gamut of cuisine from North India to Central Asia, Middle East and Mughlai, fusing some, blending others and creating what is described as a "melting pot of Pakistani's finest cuisine."

The Festival is being held at The Coffee Shop and will come to a close at 11.00 p.m. today.
