Lanka's Beeralu lace at UK's Asia House Fair

Asia House is an established part of London's cultural scene. The annual Asia House Fair, a shopping extravaganza in London gives people the chance to buy unusual gifts.

This year's Asia House design and fine crafts fair was held from March 3-6 at the Asia House in London. It featured a fine selection of Sri Lankan Beeralu lace and other hand crafted products. The Fair showcased over 30 exhibitors from across Asia and the Middle East, selling an array of exquisite items.

The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotional Bureau promoted Sri Lanka as an attractive holiday destination rich in culture, arts and crafts to a targeted group of over 3,500 art and craft lovers. Visitors were provided a glimpse of the art and craft heritage the country offers to tourists.
