Admo turns 10
Vinseth Engineering (Pvt) Ltd celebrated ten years of operations
under the theme 'ADMO Ten Years of Excellence' with an all-night pirith
ceremony at its factory at the Katuwana Industrial Complex in Homagama.
Members of the staff who served the company loyally, since inception
were felicitated in Colombo. Retired Army Commander, General Daya
Rathnayaka was the chief guest.
Vinseth Engineering launched operations supplying quality Zn-Al
roofing products under the brand name Admo in 2006. According to 2015
statistics, Vinseth Engineering was in third position in imports of
coated sheeting. Two founder directors, Nihal Weerawarna and Sarath
Vithanage played a major role in this achievement.
Founder Chairman and CEO Dhammika Cooray said, "Over the past ten
years we have become a dominant organisation in the construction
industry. Our success is due to employee-driven teamwork. Though the
construction industry advanced in various ways, our mission to supply a
superior roofing product remained unchanged."

next decade. This success belongs to the dedicated staff of the company
and our loyal clients," he said.
With the construction boom, the company expanded getting a three-acre
block of land in the Horana BOI Zone, with a plan to introduce Zn-Al
roofing products suitable for the next decade. The organisation's
network consists of branches in Homagama, Nawala, Jethawana Rd, Colombo
14, Hambantota, Nuwara Eliya, Kurunegala, Galle and Anuradhapura.
Vinseth Engineering achieved ISO 9001:2000 standard and in the
construction industry, reaching ICTAD grading of C5 and EM-2. Vinseth's
contribution towards a green environment won the Gold Award for Green
Mark Certification by CIOB and the Maas Lanka Trade Excellence award.
