'Food Brand of the Year'

Sri Lankan consumers have again voted Nestlé's Maggi, as their preferred 'Food Brand of the Year' at the SLIM-Nielsen People's Awards 2016.

This is the fourth consecutive year Maggi has won the People's Choice award.

Made from fresh, quality Sri Lankan coconuts, Maggi coconut milk powder has revolutionised Sri Lankan cuisine since it was introduced in the late 1980s, helping consumers move from the arduous task of scraping coconut and squeezing out the milk to simply adding coconut milk powder to water for their curries. The product not only saves time in cooking but also tastes just as good as the fresh coconut milk itself.

Maggi's Rasa Musu seasoning is used in a wide variety of traditional Sri Lankan dishes to enhance taste.
