Gateway topple Lyceum Wattala to win Netball Crown

Best Defensive Player

Gateway College Colombo was unmatched in the Inter International
School Under 15 Girls Netball Championship that was organized by the
Colombo International School.
They beat Lyceum Wattala twice during the tournament at group stage
and at the final. They won all matches with considerable ease.
At the final, Gateway Colombo beat Lyceum Wattala 11-9. At the Semi
Final, Gateway Colombo beat OKI International School 21-1. In the group
matches, Gateway beat Royal Institute 8-1, CIS Colombo9-1, Gateway
College Kandy 4-0 and Lyceum Wattala4-3. Gateway's Rithu Munasinghe was
named the Netball Queen of the tournament and the Best Defensive Player
and Nidusha Srikanth was named the Best Shooter.
