A joint initiative of Unilever Sri Lanka’s Vim and the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs, Vim Diviyata Disne was launched under the auspices of President Maithripala Sirisena in Ampara on International Women’s Day. The Vim Diviyata Disne exhibition was held at Walisinghe Harischandra Maha Vidyalaya, Anuradhapura recently. JAT Living to build apartments

JAT Living, a subsidiary of JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is developing a new housing project named ‘77th on Fourth’ in Nawala.

The first of many residential properties to be developed by JAT Living. ‘77th on Fourth’ is designed by Philip Weeraratne of PWA (Philip Weeraratne Architects).

Construction work will be handled by Access Engineering, while the management will be supervised by Prof. Chitra Weddikkara and her team from Qserve (Pvt) Ltd.

The property will have 24 state-of-the-art luxury apartments, with floor areas ranging between 1,386 sq ft to 2,218 sq ft, and one super luxury penthouse suite of 3,536 sq ft.

The 42,000 sq ft private living space provides all amenities while offering common facilities such as rooftop BBQ area and terrace, swimming pool, gym, lounge and an epic roof terrace that brandishes elegance to give patrons a holistic experience.


New Philips technology Introduced through EZY

EZY Distribution, a technology distribution company, was appointed exclusive Distributor for Philips displays recently.

Philips, a renowned global brand, introduced In Plane Switching (IPS) technology powered displays, which provides flexibility and precision for users and viewers.

A representative of Philips and Regional Business Head, Saurabh Grover said, “We are confident that the channel strength EZY Distribution brings to the table and the innovation that Philips is known for - will work in synergy to our advantage in the Sri Lanka market, and Philips will soon be one of the key brands in the market.”
