Qteam launches ‘The
Prisma’ : Qteam Property Developers launched a luxury
boutique-style property - ‘The Prisma’ recently. It’s a
project initiated by Tari Lawrence and Mihiru Perera. The
property will have 14 units including two penthouses. The
contractors to the project are Build Mart Lanka, and the
architects J Arch Consultants, MEP by Synergy Engineering,
air conditioning by K&A Engineers, and Gardfix Fire and
Security Protection. Here the members of the Qteam at the
