Softlogic unveils Prizm Smart TV

Softlogic Retail's profits grew over 50 percent last year and we are confident of an excellent year this year, Softlogic Retail (Pvt) Ltd, CEO Nasser Jameel told the media at the launch of 'Softlogic Prizm' the latest series in its Smart TV collection last week.

"The company recorded a steady growth over the years and is a leading player in the consumer electronics market in the country. We have a strong foot print of over 230 stores across the country offering convenience and affordability to customers," he said.

Softlogic Prizm offers a superior viewing experience and unparalleled design and style. It provides the Smart TV facilities such as integrated Internet and web enabled features and it is an embodiment of technological convergence between computers, television sets and set top boxes, a company spokesman said.

The Prizm TV is based on the HDMI and MHL interfaces which allow mobile phones, tablets, game consoles and other portable devices to be linked to it so that the TV screen acts as a large monitor.
