Manthri.lk launches rankings of new parliament

Manthri.lk, Sri Lanka's pioneering provider of parliamentary monitoring services will launch the "Parliamentary Performance Rankings for the 8th Parliament of Sri Lanka" at Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute, Colombo on July 21 from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm.

The event will be attended by top ranking MPs as well as civil society and the media.

Manthri.lk was launched in 2003 by Verité Research, an interdisciplinary private think-tank in Colombo.

The platform will be re-launched on July 21 to reveal the rankings of the new Parliament. New features will include rankings of MPs based on the subject area and time period, comparison of the performance of MPs, and regular updates on parliamentary activity. Manthri.lk has been showcased to parliamentarians, journalists and members of civil society.
