The sixth Sri Lanka Education Fair, 'Study in Sri Lanka', at the National Art Gallery in Male, Maldive Islands concludes today.

Over 20 educational institutions from Sri Lanka are taking part in the three-day exhibition.

It is being held under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education, Maldives and the Sri Lanka High Commission to the Maldives. Education providers from Sri Lanka got the opportunity to meet talented and intelligent students in the Maldives.

The fair offers the Maldivians an opportunity to learn more about studying abroad, first hand, choose programs and courses and decide on educational institutions for studies.

'Study in Sri Lanka' has grown to be a one of the much-awaited education exhibitions in Male, where serious and motivated students and their families meet education providers from Sri Lanka, a spokesman for the organizers said.

A large number of prospective students, parents, academics and teachers as well as professionals from all walks of life are visiting the fair.

SriLankan Airlines is the Travel Partner and Lake House, the Press Media Partner for the fair.

The event highlights the experiences and success stories and creates a practical and scientific environment between universities/institutions and students to build a sustainable knowledge-based society and economy.

The exhibition and fair has been organized to help institutes of higher learning reach a national cross section of students who have the qualifications and the means to contemplate further education.
