Huawei unveils modern smart phone

Huawei with its national distributor Singer Sri Lanka PLC will market the GR5 smart phone, with finger print technology, throughout the island. Henry Liu said, "Our focus in Sri Lanka is to understand customers' requirements and adhere to them. The GR5 Mini is another example of understanding our consumer and helping them realize their aspirations for an affordable price as well as giving them an experience which is of high standards - through product quality and our service offering." Huawei is expecting considerable growth this year as it has achieved outmatched milestones in the previous year as well.

Huawei has gained a market share of 23.3% according to GFK within the first quarter of 2016 in Sri Lanka further accelerating its market as the number two smartphone brand in the country. Huawei is ranked 47th among the World's Top 100 Most Valuable Brands.
