AIPL obtains ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

Analytical Instruments (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneering in-vitro diagnostic, medical, scientific and agriculture equipment supplier in the country recently updated its ISO Quality Management System and has been awarded the new version of ISO 9001:2015 through SGS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

"For decades AIPL has cemented its position as a company that is continuously focused on strong customer success-oriented employees who continuously consult with customers to enable them to succeed in their aims, integrated processes that benefit the organization, employees and end consumer, as well as introducing latest technologies to local industries.

This accreditation is a further testimony of our success," an AIPL official said.

The standard is based on a number of important quality management principles including a strong customer focus to provide total solution including customer training, commitment of the top management, the process approach and continual improvement to introduce latest technologies cost-effectively for the benefit of the customers.

AIPL not only focused on essential quality management systems of ISO 9001:2015 for sustaining business success, but also provided a total solution for the introduction of newest technologies for the benefit of the customers.

Therefore, the company has been able to maintain this prestigious quality management system since 2008 especially as a pioneer in the field of in-vitro diagnostics to this date. The company also revamped and launched its website recently, according to the press release.

The future objectives of the company include improved product, process and service quality, improved productivity through minimizing waste, and focus on customer success by aligned performance objectives with customer expectations, the release said.
