LMRB retains Best Employer Brand award

LMRB received the award of Asia's Best Employer Brand for the second consecutive year at a ceremony in Singapore recently.

These awards, endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses, are hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, an organization managed by professionals from various countries and geographies.

Chief Executive, LMRB, Himalee Madurasinghe, who took part in the panel discussion on 'What Great Employer Brands Really Do', outlined the organization's thinking and HR practices. "We believe it is important for us to know the pulse of our employees to ensure that the needs of all employee groups are taken care of.

Although every organization has a hierarchy and ours is no exception, our structure is more flexible," she said.
