Mother's love
What's a mother made of?
They are special from head to toe,
They work with God above,
To care for us as we grow.
They have great skill,
Tending to our needs,
And when we are bad, they love us still,
No matter where our trouble leads.
Remember being put to bed,
After you are bathed and cleaned,
You were warm, and well fed,
And nothing but love you seen.
And when a child may cry,
A mother will wipe their tears,
They encourage us to try,
To overcome our fear.
They teach us never to hate,
And never turn to lies,
They don't rush us, they will wait,
And teach us to be wise.

Run, run
Run, run, run,
Oh! what fun,
Out of doors,
In the sun,
Down the road,
And home again,
Run, run, run.

The strange teacher
Just look at the teacher
Gee.. what a sight
Not just a normal teacher
Nor the moon will smile
Then what kind of teacher
Would it be,
Teaching on a tree branch
Not even saying a word
Except for some hoots
Teaching at this time of night
Oh..! the poor student
But as it is an Owl teacher
And the students are owlets too
I guess they don't just mind
Cause owls don't sleep at night.
N.T. Vihangi Akarsha,

Rainy Day
I put on my coat,
And boots on my feet.
I put on my hat
And stroll down the street.
The rain falls down,
From the clouds above.
Splashing in puddles,
Is what I love!
