Nuwan Kumara wins gold

The first ever Triathlon event was held at the 42nd National Sports Festival held at the Durayappah Stadium in Jaffna recently. The gold medal was won by Nuwan Kumara, who had already won a bronze medal at the latest South Asian Games held in India. Here, Kumara is seen compepeting the cycling race. Kumara clocked 1:07.17 in the event.
