The Hut was transformed into a ski lodge with the decor all 'snowy white and cold', and the food the typical Swiss delicacies that is laid out for skiers when they return after skiing on the snow. It was all exciting! The guests were told to be clad in warm attire. The access to the Hut on a improvised bob sledge, the alternative to a cable car, was fun with 'snow' falling over you and the sound of the howling mountain wind loud in your ears. Inside the Hut, the wonderful music of Damage kept the guests warm and in a happy dancing mood. Attentive stewards dressed in black fur trimmed coats and caps, ensured that all the ensured the guests were well looked after. We must say congratulations to Hotel team, twelve of them, introduced to the media by the General Manager Bazeer Cassim, who worked with dedication for many days to pull off this roaring successful evening. The extremely energetic Public Relations Manager Osadie de Silva saw to it that the guests were kept happy until lights out time! We look forward to another! The media in the words of the song "had a time of their lives". |
