Three foreign teams namely, India, Hong Kong and Singapore will add glamour to the Beach Volleyball Tournament organised by the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation on September 13 at the Beaches of Ceylon Palm Garden and Riverina Hotels in Beruwela.

For the first time in beach volleyball history the three foreign teams will no doubt make the tournament more competitive and the spectators are bound to enjoy every moment of it.

SriLankan Airlines, Pepsi, Dialog GSM, Nowgem Jewellers and Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. are sponsoring the event. Enthusiastic amateurs are most welcome to compete, vie for the top and carry away the attractive cash prizes. The prizes will range for males and females separately. Winner total value USD 2000. First runner-up total value USD 1500 and second runner-up USD 1000.

The Confifi Group Hotels, owning and managing four enchanting beach hotels along the Golden Miles of Beruwela are blessed with the beautiful surroundings and the infrastructure to conduct fun filled beach sporting activities of this nature.

They successfully completed the Beach Horse Racing recently which was a huge success.
