Another CD from Sam

What makes 'Sing-a-Longs' tick with success in a scenario of pop, dance, rock and alternative rock we wonder? Recently it has been so contagious that we hear of sing-a-long shows being staged now here, now there, as fund raisers too,all keeping alive the nostalgia of yesteryear. Sam the Man the crusader of the Sing-a-long series in Sri Lanka has released another CD that should be on your album shelf.

To him must go the credit for courageously venturing on this route despite all the criticism flung in his path. His successful sing-a-long debut in Zambia resulted in many invitations to perform at various night spots abroad and on concert stages at home as well. Very recently he was invited to perform at Dubai.

His CD titled "Come....Sing With Me' - contains nostalgic and perennial favourites like 'Rosemarie', 'Ramona', 'I'm Forever blowing Bubbles,' 'When You're Smiling,' 'Autumn Leaves', 'Red Sails in the Sunset', 'Careless Love', 'Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain' and much, much more. Don't forget to drop by today (Sunday) at the Mount Lavinia Hotel as Sam the Man performs your golden oldies to a packed audience at the Terrace. What's more with the season upon us Sam the Man will be featured on Christmas Eve singing all the music of Christmas at the Terrace Mt. Lavinia and will be the central figure at the hotel's New Year's Eve night.
