Carlson Grove attracts buyers

Kelsey Homes, the pioneers in the housing and real estate development industry successfully completed another one of their landmark projects with the exclusive 'Carlson Grove' development in Kolonnawa.

The company sold more than 80% of the project on the day of the launch, with most of the buyers being impressed by the location of the development and the excellent facilities and design features offered by Kelsey Homes, a spokesman for the company said.

He said Kelsey chose Kolonnawa because it was situated within a convenient distance of Colombo without any of the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. The development lies just 1.2 km from Colombo. This was in line with Kelsey's philosophy for the project of 'cut the hassle.'

As with all other Kelsey developments all homes at Carlson Grove will be custom designed giving the client the opportunity to make their dream home a reality. In addition to delivering customer satisfaction, Kelsey also offers its home builders the on time, one budget assurance, he said.
