The Kuwait Government donated 100 fishing boats to be
distributed among the tsunami affected fishing families. They
had earlier provided 60 boats and the balance was handed over
to Minister Chamal Rajapakse recently. Here the Minister hands
over the ownership of a boat to a recipient. Kuwait Red
Crescent Society Vice President Dr. Hilal Musad and its
