Sri Lanka Insurance expands branch network

Sri Lanka Insurance, opened several branches islandwide this year covering Eheliyagoda, Kalawana, Bandaragama, Moratuwa, Kurunegala, Narammala, Passara, Minuwangoda, Bibile, Nelliady, Melsiripura and Thambuttegama.

In addition over 10 Sri Lanka Insurance service centres were introduced in Hikkaduwa, Middeniya, Imaduwa, Tangalle, Wallasmulla, Urubokka, Kamburupitiya, Mirigama, Divulapitiya, Horowpathana and Hakmana.

With customer convenience, accessibility and service as its core objective these branches and service centres give Sri Lanka Insurance the advantage of an extensive network to serve its expanding customer base. This is the largest fully networked and integrated branch network of any insurance company in the island. Customers could transact from anyone of the branches at their convenience.

Commenting on this branch expansion drive, Chief Operating Officer, Personal Lines Isuru Thillakawardena said," It is indeed a successful mission we have accomplished, being able to open several branches and service centres at such a pace, keeping in mind our core objective of reaching the masses and making insurance accessible, even at the grassroots level.
