The Young Muslim Women's Leaugue[YMWL] presented a rather
scintillating and
|
Razana Ismail , president of the YMWL making a presentation to a
winner,
|
unusual show at the Galee Face hotel recently. The show was in
aid of expanding the creche which is maintained by the association. The
creche is situated at Balapokuna Road Kirillapone.
As for the show proper, the organisers had done a wonderful job
creating an ambience of Bollywood. There was of course a sumptious
spread to tittilate the tastebuds of one and all.
An unusual breathtaking entertainment program had been drawn out by
the organisers and this was the "Bridal Game", where Aishwarya Rai was
in the shade, because we saw so many "Aishwaryas" in the making .
It was indeed a difficult task for the judges who judged this
competition to pick out the best, because there was

so many who were equally good. The men were' shawled' up with
beautiful shawls courtesy YMWL while the women got beautiful dress
