CIS-Gateway clash in second big match

CRICKET: Colombo International School, Kandy branch, will go all out
to level the series when they take on Kandy Gateway College in their
second Big Match which will be played at Police Park, Kandy on Sunday -
July 1st, commencing at 9,30 a.m.
Gateway College won the inaugural encounter played last year but this
year Colombo International School are determined to score their maiden
win Both schools are comparatively new to school cricket and they are
yet to play the leading schools in Kandy for more exposure.
Kandy Gateway College will be led by wicket - keeper batsmen Dasitha
Nawaratne with Isfahan Ismeth as his deputy. For runs they will look
from the bats of R. Ravivarma, Harshan Rajapakse, Kavan Manapperuma,
Desitha Nawaratne, Isfehen Ismeth, Mohamed Zamic and Mohammed Ashrer.
Colombo International School, Kandy Branch will be led by Shaboor
Hemjad with allrounder Eranda Ekanayake as his deputy. Their batting
will depend on Dulan de Silva, Charuka Eriyagama, Shaboor Hamjad, Eranda
Ekanayake, Clive Taylor, Lakmal Walawego.
This match will be played for D. C. Sandors Trophy donated by the
Principal Colombo International School D. C. Sandors.
