Internal conflict
An internal conflict has erupted in the Elephant party. While
veterans such as Atta-Leader feels this is not a good time to topple G-ments,
the power greedy Wedding Sam and his buddy have insisted that the party
should try all possible means to go for the target at any cost.
Milk-Fall eats humble pie
Lucky Milk-Fall thought he could get political mileage on Lanka's
stand on Pakistan issue at C-wealth. But he had to eat humble pie at the
end as C-Pack strongly backed Pakistan against C-wealth decision while
Lanka proposed an Indian for the top seat.
Ra-Blue crestfallen
Humiliated after the 118-102 bout two, Ra-Blue has warned his Em Pees
not to set December 14 as the deadline to topple the G-ment at the final
round of Bud-Jet reading.
"If we tell that and lose, our supporters would get demoralised," the
leader said.
Renewed hopes
Ra-Blue's new astrologer has given him fresh hopes. The Indian
astrologer has told his new client not to rush at this hour and he would
win an election next year. After the 'good news' Ra-Blue decided to give
up his Bud-Get deadline to become third time lucky.
Plot against Sam
A group of Elephant party Em Pees, led by a veteran, is gearing to
oust Wedding Sam and Sun-Arachchi, who have now been proved misfits.
Pointing out that they have not brought 18 Em Pees they promised from
the ruling types, the Green rebels are now planning a plot against the
duo.
Five trump cards
Five Em Pees from the Elephant party have completed a successful
round of talks with a top G-ment rep. But they have been asked not to
cross the 'well' immediately. They have been kept as trump cards to be
played when it matters most.
