SLT expands Teleshop network

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), recently opened Teleshops in Homagama and Ambalangoda, in the Western and Southern Provinces of Sri Lanka. These teleshops are one-stop centres and perform a variety of functions to offer convenient services to its valued customers.

With the Teleshop network SLT makes its services more accessible to its customers and small entrepreneurs.

This Teleshop network is the key distribution channel of SLT for its all products and services including pre-paid and post-paid services. Currently SLT has 31 Teleshops and 38 regional telecommunication offices in SLT’s own distribution channel.

The opening of these Teleshops are important to SLT, as we equip ourselves to offer unmatched convenience to our valued customers,” said Chief Executive Officer, SLT Shoji Takahashi.

“As a company that is always looking for better customer service by broadening our reach across the country we offer our customers unparalleled services right in their home town,” he said.
