 Sam
says No!
Wedding Sam has turned down a request from Ra-Blue to support the
Elephant Party at the Provincial polls. Sam said that he could not trust
the Green leader. "You have let us down badly. Hence I will not attend
even your main election rallies. How can I trust you when your own party
supporters do not have faith in you," Sam questioned.
Es Bee marked
Ra-Blue and two other confidants held a discrete meeting to discuss a
master plan that would humiliate Es Bee after the Sabaragamuwa PC polls.
Ra-Blue asked his boys not to encourage big crowds to Es Bees rallies
as his popularity in the Elephant Party is increasing. At the same time,
Ra-Blue and One Shot plans to put the blame on Es Bee after an
inevitable defeat.
Ra-Blue's plea
A helpless Ra-Blue summoned the two 'shots' he got for survival -
Run-Jam the One Shot and Jaha-naka the Gun Shot. "You two must make
every effort to win at any cost. If we lose this time too, that will be
the end of both of you and I. You will never be forgotten if you win
these two provinces.
If I remain as leader, it will be good for the two of you," said
Ra-Blue.
Beautiful bill
Raw-Sea, the beauty, owes a large amount of money to a leading fruit
and vegetable vendor at the Kollupitiya Market. She had purchased fruits
and vegetables for a staggering amount when she ran that infamous 'don'
that belongs to Stanley. But she has still not settled the balance and
is evading the poor man who is making a desperate attempt to recover the
money from the beauty.
Battle for top seat
Though Ra-Blue named One Shot from Katana as the Elephant Party's
chief candidate for Sabaragamuwa, seasoned regional politicians do not
see eye to eye with him. One such green Provincial candidate Soome, the
Slave, put newspaper advertisements seeking election to the top seat at
the Sabaragamuwa PC. It seems to be a keen battle for leadership and the
top seat.
Thaa-Latha ousted?
One Shot, the celluloid hero, will be preferred ahead of Thaa-Latha
for the Ratnapura district leadership of the Elephant Party. Ra-Blue is
set to treat Thaa-Latha in the same manner he treated her late brother.
Ra-Blue told a close confidant that he could well exploit One Shot's
popularity as an actor to woo voters so that the Green party could get
some consolation after 17 election defeats.
