SMS for SriLankan passengers

SriLankan Airlines launched a Short Message Service (SMS) on October 20 for the convenience of passengers.The passengers should give the mobile phone number to the AirLine staff at the time of booking.

The overseas passengers should also give their mobile numbers and country code to inform flights schedules said, Sri Lankan Airlines Customer Service Manager, Iranga Rodrigo.

The program was launched due to the present security situation. Passengers could access the SriLankan Airline web site for information.
