Cargills (Ceylon) PLC was ranked among the Top Ten Best Corporate
Citizen's in Sri Lanka for the second consecutive year at the recently
concluded Best Corporate Citizen of the Year - 2008 organized by the
Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The company also bagged the award of excellence granted to the
company with the best Economic Performance among the country's top
corporate citizens.

Hemali Ellawala, Head of Marketing - Manufacturing who received the
award on behalf of the company noted that this is a clear indication of
