NSB opens postal branch in Jaffna

The Postal Savings branch of the National Savings Bank (NSB), will be opened by the Deputy Post Master General (Northern Region), V. Kumaraguru, tomorrow, Dec. 1 at 9.30 a.m.

The Regional Manager (North East) of the NSB, C. Sivarajah will preside at the function which will be held at the new premises at Lucksan Plaza Building, 112, Navalar Road, Jaffna.

Swamy Chithrupananda of Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Sevachcheramam and the Principal of Skandavarodaya College, Chunnakam, Mr. Aruthiru Murugan will be the guests of honour, while Prof. M. Nadarajasundaram, Prof. Kugapalan, Prof. S. Thevarajah of the University of Jaffna will be the special guests. (A.K.)
