Shaheena - BNS’ latest beauty
Shaheena the latest album by Bathiya N Santhush was launched in an
exclusive tie up with Lux Beauty Brand that has a history of teaming up
with beauty queens and film stars as their Brand Ambassadors.
In a three month promotional campaign the album will be available to
music lovers in an album cum promo pack at an unbelievable price. `Shaheena’
says Bathiya “contains the spirit of all our work in the past six to
eight months.
The album contains the hit singles and the lead track of the
soundtrack of Asai Mang Piyambanna and also the sound track from the
latest movie Feel My Love (Adare Namayen)”. The music singles are all
BNS originals and according to Bathiya he hopes more brands will extend
themselves in promoting the production of Sri Lankan New Age music.
Santhush commenting on the release of Shaheena said, “the album
contains the best songs we did in 2008. The CD is for the Sri Lankan
market and is like a single release but contains about eight tracks.
After the three months promotion by Lux there will be a re-release
later on may be in April or May which will contain some of these tracks
and will include two CDs together and we’ll be calling it 5th Album.
While we are working on our 5th Album we’ll be working on an English
album as well for the Australian market containing our original
compositions.
We have more surprises for our fans which will become a reality
soon.”Shaheena the album apart from the title track which is a Lux
edition contains Hitha Naambara Thaleta, Gum Nade, Kasthuri, Rung Rung
Gaga, Feel My Love, Oya Mage Nam, Madu Suwandak, Pathu Pem Pathum and a
reggaeton Kasthuri. Bathiya and Santhush can count over 350 live
