Call & Go Motor Policies now at Keells

Prominent travel and sports personality Bernard Wijetunga getting a “Call & Go” motor insurance quotation from the outlet. General Manager Corporate Niranjan Nagendra and Senior Manager Market Development Kennedy J. Michael are also seen.

Union Assurance PLC (UA) opened a sales and service window at the Keells Super Fountain Cafe premises at No 199, Union Place. With this new initiative, customers can attend to their insurance needs while shopping for their groceries.

This window will be open from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. 365 days of the year. Customers can use this facility to obtain motor insurance related quotations, cover notes and insurance policies. Changes and amendments to policies could be initiated.

UA has made arrangements to accept credit card and cheque payments as well.

Union Assurance has taken a proactive approach to improve sales and service by relocating branches to improve customer convenience, opening new outlets at strategically important locations and increasing the number of customer service points by tying up with banks and supermarkets for claim servicing and premium payments respectively.
