Jazz @ the British Council

Grammy nominee and ten-time winner of the Best British Jazz Guitarist Award, Martin Taylor will perform at the British Council with Alison Burns on the 22nd of February.

Colombo Fashion Week

Colombo Fashion Week will jazz up from the 19th till the 21st of February at the Taj Samudra and they will tie-up with Dubai Fashion Week in a bid to make the fashion bigger and better this time around.

The ‘HSBC CFW 2009’ will get 14 Sri Lankan designers and 7 international designers with a myriad of collections on display.

Malay Cultural Show

A Malay Cultural Show organised by the Canada-Sri Lanka Malay Association recently, where President Ackiel Ousmand with his loyal patrons of the committee put together a stunning display of drama skits, Malay dances that included traditional rhythms and dazzling costumes.

World Peace Tour

Hosted by Daryl, the World Peace Tour is an invitation for a top line-up of talent from the world of dance music who will be touring Sri Lanka.

The scheduled line-up hopes will have DJ Tito from Paris, MC Vika Kova from Moscow, DJ Shyam from Colombo, DJ Nooky and leading acts from Africa, Brazil, London, Tokyo and China that will be held from February 25th till March 8th.
