Built-Mech Services awarded ISO

Built-Mech Services (Pvt) Ltd, frontline air conditioning company, has been certified and awarded ISO 9001:2008 for supply, installation, repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration system by SGS United Kingdom Ltd. Simultaneously, Built-Mech has also begun certifying its technicians under NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) awarded by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), Ministry of Vocational and Technical Training Sri Lanka. At a function held on May 7, 2009 at the NCCSL Auditorium, Colombo 10, the SGS country representative handed over the ISO certificate to Managing Director, M.N. Nowfell and B.H.S. Suraweera, Deputy Director General - TVEC, awarded the NVQ certificates to the first batch of 10 technicians.

Enhances stature

Over a decade of service, it is indeed a proud moment that we were able to obtain ISO certification and NVQ certification to our technicians, simultaneously within a short period of applying for both.
