French duo live in concert in Colombo

Tristan Pfaff Clement Dufour

Clement Dufour (flute) and Tristan Pfaff (piano) will perform on May 31 at 5.30 p.m. at Galle Face Hotel. Clement Dufour (flute) and Tristan Pfaff (piano) are two young musician prodigies (20 and 21) formed by the French classical school in the last two decades.

Their early mastering of their mutual instruments has sent them on numerous international tours where they conquered their publics not only thanks to their maestria but through the passion they communicate while playing.

And of course they invite us to a musical journey embracing not only the works of such classicals as Schubert but do not hesitate to take us by surprise to Argentina where they celebrate in a very original way tango music of acclaimed contemporary musician Piazzola.

After visiting Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia their tour brings them to Colombo, thanks to the joint efforts of Alliance Francaise and Galle Face Hotel helped by the French Embassy in Sri Lanka.

The setting of their concert at the Galle Face patio sea front by the classical duo at sunset will be an unforgettable experience.
