ANCL and CEB light Mihintale

The ANCL together with the Ceylon Electricity Board, for the 47th consecutive year will hold the Mihintale Aloka Pooja Pinkama on June 6, 7 and 8 under the patronage of Ven. Namalwewa Dharmakeerthi Sri Ratnasara Nayaka Thera, Viharadhipathi, Mihintale Rajamaha Vihara and Asst. Chief Sanghanayake of Nuwaragampalatha.

The Aloka Pooja on June 7 at 7 p.m. will be under the patronage of Media, Information, Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Minister Anura Priyadarshana Yapa and Power and Energy Minister, W. D. J. Seneviratne, Cultural Affairs Minister, Mahinda Yapa Abeywardane and Religious Affairs Minister Pandhu Bandaranayake will also participate. The final day pooja on June 8 would be held with the participation of ANCL Chairman, Bandula Padmakumara, CEB Chairman E. A. S. K. Edirisinghe and Anuradhapura District Secretary, H. M. K. Herath.
