TMC spreads wings in Negombo and Kalutara
The Management Club (TMC) recently signed a Memorandum of
Understanding to operate its Clubs at two prestigious hotels - the
Camelot Beach Hotel, Negombo and the Hibiscus Beach Hotel, Kalutara.
With the signing of these MOUs, the Management Club would be
operating from four sites - the Management Club, Galle Face, based at
the Galle Face Hotel, the Management Club Mt. Lavinia based at the
Berjaya Mount Royal Beach Hotel, the Management Club Negombo, based at
the Camelot Beach Hotel and the Management Club, Kalutara, based at the
Hibiscus Beach Hotel. TMC members now have access to the two new Clubs
at Negombo and Kalutara effective 1st June 2009.The signing of these
MoUs were officiated by the Management of the two hotels and members of
the Board of Management of TMC at simple ceremonies in the hotels.
Both hotels were delighted to welcome TMC to its portals as members
of an elite management fraternity with a wide network of connections in
almost all business disciplines.
Today, TMC as it is popularly known among its membership, managers
representing the cream of practically all professional firms in the
country.
With a combined membership of around 600, the Chartered Management
Institute-UK, Sri Lanka Branch, parent body of TMC and The Management
Club strive to bring management practices and business ethics to
international standards and heights of excellence which makes them
better managers, improves their organization and in turn benefits the
