The People's Bank held its awards ceremony for performance of tasks 2008 at the Galadari Hotel Colombo recently. The Dam Street Branch won the best performance among the Colombo North region, for the recovery of faulty loans, door to door promotion of deposits, growth in deposits, NRFC growth winning 10 awards.
