LIMRA, Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association is a prestigious international organization that provides life insurance advisors with specialized training, offers recognition awards and also supplies them with research findings and best practices in the industry. They offer two prestigious awards for life insurance advisors, LIMRA IQA (LIMRA International Quality Award) and LIMRA IAP (LIMRA International Award for Productivity).

Union Assurance recently held International Award Seminar at Excel World, Colombo where a total of 52 LIMRA Quality and Productivity Awards were presented to the qualified super achievers of the sales team on their business performance of 2008.
