Guidelines on voting
Presidential Election - January 26, 2010:

There are 22 symbols on the ballot paper. The names and symbols of
candidates appear against their respective symbols. Voters could mark
one cross against the symbol of their choice or mark preferences (1),
(2) and (3) against the symbols of three candidates of their choice.
If more than three preferences are marked on the ballot paper, the
particular ballot paper would be invalidated.
Disabled voters would be assisted by Junior Presiding Officers to
cast their vote.
