CRICKET: Sri Lanka Cricket's district coach Matara Prasanna
Galappaththi has taken steps to conduct workshops at schools to
emphasise the importance of physical warm-ups, then cooling down and
first-aid techniques for the benefits of the cricketers in Matara
District.
Then Janaka Edirisinghe - Sri Lanka Cricket's psychotherapist for the
Southern Province visited St. Servatius College, Matara, St. Thomas'
College, Matara, Vijitha Central College, Dickwella and the Matara
District Ladies cricket team earlier. The cricketers of Rahula College,
Matara earlier had the opportunity to be guided by Janaka Edirisinghe at
the Uyanwatta Stadium.
