Love-Slave turns Podi Wije

Several leading bhikkhus and Green party seniors have opposed the manner in which Love-Slave is collecting funds for his temple reconstruction project. It has now come to light that Love-Slave is somewhat like the notorious robber Polonnaruwa Podi Wije and forcibly takes Rs. 200,000 from each businessman.

Kind-Siri takes a 'U' turn

Kind-Siri is making a desperate attempt to iron out differences with Sun Kind-Leader and enter Ra-Blue's camp gradually. Knowing only too well that Ra-Blue is gradually re-establishing his position in the Elephant Party at a time when Saa-Jeet, the Love-Slave is working on a personal agenda, a dejected Kind-Siri has taken a 'U' turn to join the leader.

Ra-Blue shatters Fonny's hopes

Prior to Ra-Blue's recent visit to Uncle Sam's country, he met traitor Fonny and gave him loads of promises that he would speak on his behalf. Poor Fonny was on top of the world, hoping that Ra-Blue would speak for him. However, Ra-Blue conveniently forgot all those promises and did not utter a word in Fonny's favour.

Soo-me on political opportunities

Soome, the One-Sa has instructed his politburo to keep a close tab on trade union action on university lecturers and other possible action so that they too could extend support to get the maximum political mileage.

"We fared well in Katunayake. Likewise, we must exploit these opportunities and grab them in double quick time," he said.
