Nawaloka Metropolis Laboratory opened

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC laboratory in a joint venture with Metropolis Healthcare Ltd., Mumbai, India, known as Nawaloka Metropolis Laboratories Pvt Ltd. Nawaloka Metropolis Laboratory opened its new branch in Vavuniya recently.

It was inaugurated by Regional Director of Health Services, Vavuniya Dr. M. Mahendran, P.A. (SSP) C.I. Mohideen, OIC Traffic, Vavuniya Police Wasantha Pushpakumara, Visiting Physician Dr. Uma Kandhan, Dr. Jude Peiris - MMBS, Dr. Prasanna - MMBS, Dr. Sivarajah - MO, Country Head of Nawaloka Metropolis Laboratory Devendrasingh Rajput and proprietor Raaj Medicals Rasalingam were present at the occasion. The laboratory at Vavuniya is started in collaboration with Raaj Medical and Laboratories at Jaffna Road and a collection centre at Bazaar Street.

The country head of Nawaloka Metropolis Laboratory said that the lab was equipped with state-of-the-art machines.
