Lanka, Mali set up DPL ties

Sri Lanka and Mali set up diplomatic ties from January 19.

The joint communique in this connection was signed by Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to the United Nations Palitha T.B. Kohona, and Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Mali to the United Nations Oumar Daou, on January 19 in New York.

While the Ambassador for Mali in New Delhi would be concurrently accredited to Sri Lanka, the Ambassador of Sri Lanka in Cairo would be concurrently accredited to Mali.
