Wedding Sam pleads to handcuff him

Wedding Sam tried to get the maximum mileage when he surrendered to the Matara police over the attack on the peaceful protest of the Green reformists. He pleaded with the police to handcuff him and be taken in the rear of the police vehicle to court so that his photographers could take 'action' shots to make him a 'cardboard hero'. But the police sensed his motive and turned down the request.

Greens clash over Central Op Leader's post

The battle between the Green leader and the Reformist group has intensified and gone to the Provincial Council level. Eleven Green Councillors in the province that is central had petitioned against the leader's nominee to be the Op Leader of the Council, Ash-Temple. The Green rebels in the Council have demand that Lucky be appointed as the Op leader. Lucky claims that he commands the majority in the Opposition.

Ra-Blue bowled another political googly at Saa-Jeet, the Love-Slave and Ka-Roo, the Victory-suriya. He called the ex deputy leaders for a meeting on Tuesday and played the old melody of an Advisory Council. Love-Slave and Ka-Roo presented a joint list of proposals while Ra-Blue submitted his own. Ka-Roo dumfounded

Ka-Roo met Darshani that is Su, the doctor type from Katana, the day after the governing types appointed nine new deputies. Ka-Roo, in a shameful attempt to mislead the doctor lady, said he expected her to get a deputy portfolio and invited her to join the Greens if she is disheartened. "I will get those at the right time and you need not worry," came the reply. A visibly shocked Ka-Roo was dumfounded.
