CBF will facilitate Sri Lankan investors
The Commonwealth Business Forum (CBF) will facilitate Sri Lankan
investors to find investment opportunities in other Commonwealth
countries, said Deputy External Affairs Minister, Neomal Perera.

He said that the Government, business chambers and the business
community will hold the CBF from November 12-14 at the Cinnamon Grand.
Over 1,400 delegates including business leaders, Heads of Government
are due to attend the CBF. There will be 500 local and 500 foreign
business delegates from Commonwealth countries and from 10 invited
countries.
Heads of Government from 16 countries and 150 global business leaders
will also be present.The business delegates will represent Fortune 500
companies and regional business giants, he said.
In the CBF there will be 20 country investment windows and six of
them will be led by Heads of Government. Over 150 business proposals
will be presented from Sri Lanka.
Heads of Government of Namibia, Burundi, Mozambique, Lesotho,
Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Malawi, Ghana,
Tanzania, Rwanda and Malaysia have confirmed their participation in the
CBF, said the deputy chairman of the National Chamber of Commerce Sri
Lanka (NCCSL), Sujeewa Samaraweera.
International business leaders will address the CBF and some of the
