The resourceful biling fruit
Averrhoa bilimbi, commonly known as bilimbi,
bimbli, belimbing, blimbling, biling or bimbiri is a sour, tangy,
juicy fruit which makes a regular appearance in Sri Lankan cuisine,
if available. It’s shaped like a small cucumber and tastes almost
