SLT partners Citrix to enhance Cloud platform
Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) has entered into a partnership with Citrix
Systems Inc, a provider of cloud services, mobile workspaces,
virtualisation, mobility management and networking services, to
strengthen SLT's Akaza Cloud platform.
Citrix Cloud Platform will empower SLT Akaza Cloud offerings to make
SLT customers' IT infrastructure more agile and efficient infrastructure
via Akaza cloud applications.
The state-of-the-art services offered by Akaza include,
Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Virtual Data Centres (VDC),
Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS),
Communication-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
With this partnership, SLT Akaza Cloud services will provide enhanced
offerings that give organisations easy to use, self-managed web-based
portals of maximum flexibility and select the exact amount of resources
they need - be it storage, computing power, RAM or software.

grow' model-based cloud solutions that users can access with consistent
