Nivasie Developers to build apartments in Malabe

Housing development company, Nivasie Developers launched its latest project 'Orchid Apartments' in Malabe on Thursday.

Designed by the architects of Studio Viveg and developed with contractor International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, Orchid Apartments will offer vertical living experience in Malabe.

The 12-floor Orchid Apartment Tower will comprise two wings which will house 94 apartments in four architectural designs.

All apartments come with electricity, hot water, gas, telephone and cable television connections, pantry cupboards, smoke and heat detectors, LED lamps, provisions for fitting air-conditioners and a free parking spot.
